Welcome to Recruit Matrix. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms (Applies to All Users)

• Recruit Matrix provides a technology platform that connects talent and businesses using automated matching tools.

• We do not act as an employer, recruitment agency, or hirer of record.

• Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information provided.

• Misuse of the platform — including false information, spam, harassment, or improper conduct — may result in suspension or termination of your account.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with changes displayed here.

2. Candidate Terms

By creating a talent profile, you understand and agree that:

• Recruit Matrix does not guarantee employment, interviews, or engagement outcomes.

• Matching and outreach are driven by hiring organisations — Recruit Matrix does not influence hiring decisions.

• You are responsible for maintaining correct and current profile information.

• If contacted by a business, any communication, interviews, offers or agreements are strictly between you and the employer.

• You must have the legal right to work in the locations stated on your profile.

3. Business Terms

For organisations using Recruit Matrix to source talent:

• Recruit Matrix does not guarantee that a specific role will be filled, nor the suitability or performance of any candidate.

• You are responsible for your own compliance with employment laws and background verification processes.

• All communication, interviewing and hiring decisions remain solely between your organisation and the candidate.

• You must not use profile information for purposes outside hiring-related evaluation and communication.

• Subscription fees (where applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

4. Subscription Terms

• Businesses can choose either a 6-month, 12-month or enterprise subscription.

• The first subscription payment is required upfront to enable access to the platform and its features.

• We will notify you one month prior to your subscription expiry to allow time for renewal arrangements.

• Subscriptions cannot be cancelled early, and no refunds or partial refunds will be issued if access is not used.

• Failure to pay renewal fees on time may result in suspension or restricted access.

• Any changes to pricing or plan structure will be communicated prior to renewal.

5. Platform & Data Use

• Recruit Matrix uses AI tools to match candidates to role requirements, but the final hiring judgement is solely yours.

• You consent to the use of your profile information for matching and introduction purposes within the platform.

• We handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Recruit Matrix is not liable for any decisions, disputes, or losses arising from interactions between businesses and candidates.

• The platform is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
